The Univers T Hotel has been one of the most prestigious and significant landmarks in the local hotel market since 1985. The hotel complex is located in a privileged area, offering a mix of essential advantages. Since 2019, a new stage of renovation and modernization has begun for the hotel complex, aiming to meet current standards and demands in an extremely dynamic and competitive market.

The renovation and modernization process started with the redesign of the restaurants and the amphitheater, followed by the gradual refurbishment of hotel rooms, conference halls, and related spaces.
